Dell Small Business has introduced the new Dell Vostro A860 15.6in laptop from only $399. "An affordable, mobile solution that meets the needs of everyday business computing". It is lighter than the old entry level Vostro 1000 laptop (5.4 lbs vs 6.2 lbs) and offers many upgrade options.
